Toasty Nutty Medicated Pumpkin Seeds
Sometimes it's the simple things. Next time you cut through a squash - it doesn't have to be a pumpkin! - think about making these toasty, nutty, salty medicated bites of heaven - all in less than 15 minutes. (Go ahead, put them on ice cream - but don't say we didn't warn you.)
Toasted Medicated Squash Seeds
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10-15 minutes
Total time: 15-20 minutes total
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Scoop out and wash the seeds from a pumpkin, or an acorn or butternut or spaghetti squash. Pat dry with paper towels.
Mix in a bowl with your selected dosage of our oils until the seeds are coated well. (Note: We used 4 droppersfull of Balance Oil, or approximately 40mg total (20mg CBD: 20mg THC)
Sprinkle generously with salt (and pepper or a pinch of chili powder or whatever spices you love)
Poor onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and place in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Give them a stir once in the middle of cooking to get them all browned evenly.
We wanted to put them on everything, but they didn't last long enough.
